§1. General provisions
1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the website available at https://i-dentalacademy.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Controller ensures that personal data are processed in compliance with the applicable provisions of Polish and European Union law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.
4. The Controller declares that appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular safeguards preventing access to data by unauthorized persons.
§2. Scope and purpose of personal data processing
1. Personal data of Users are processed for the following purposes:
a) handling inquiries sent via the contact form, email, or telephone,
b) registration and maintenance of User accounts on the Website,
c) sale and organization of events, including the purchase of tickets, participation handling, and communication related to events,
d) issuing invoices, receipts, and fulfilling tax and accounting obligations,

§5. Recipients of personal data
1. The Controller may share Users’ personal data only with entities providing services necessary for the functioning of the Website and execution of contracts, including:

c) accounting, legal, and advisory service providers,
