During this two-day hands-on course, participants will gain practical experience with Digital Facebow, Jaw Tracker, and the SDI Matrix system. They will learn how to analyze static and dynamic occlusion, interpret jaw movement data, and use these findings to plan restorative treatments and splint therapy with greater precision and predictability.

This course is designed for prosthodontists, restorative dentists, general practitioners and clinicians involved in full-mouth rehabilitation, functional diagnostics, and digital dentistry workflows.

Jörg Iowa is the founder of Fibonacci Dental Studio, a dental technician with more than 21 years of experience and a recognized expert in digital dental technologies.

His primary professional focus is the digital design of dental restorations and the technical planning of complex prosthetic constructions. Through a deep understanding of functional dentistry and modern digital workflows, Jörg successfully combines aesthetics, precision, and long-term predictability of treatment outcomes.

Jörg Iowa actively contributes to the professional community as a lecturer and instructor for the SDI Matrix system, educating specialists on contemporary approaches to digital treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.

His expertise is recognized by leading global manufacturers of dental technologies. Jörg serves as an Opinion Leader for international companies including Zirkonzahn, VITA, SDI Matrix, and 3D Shining, participating in educational projects, clinical discussions, and the development of innovative digital solutions for dentistry.

Over the course of his career, Jörg has founded and developed multiple dental laboratories and clinics. Today, he has expanded his vision by establishing the Fibonacci Dental Studio Diagnostic Center, a Brain Centre for dentists, an advanced training hub, and a fully integrated digital dental laboratory.

Since 2019, he has been working extensively with advanced digital technologies, including intraoral scanners (IOS), CAD/CAM systems, and Optical Jaw Trackers. This unique skillset allows him not only to apply digital solutions in practice but also to teach them with clarity and precision.

Passionate about education, Dr. Maystrenko trains dentists daily on how to integrate digital devices into their practice, making complex technologies approachable and practical. He is also a frequent lecturer at leading international events such as Dental World, where he is recognized as one of the rising voices in modern digital dentistry.
